Help with looking up codes please.

Hello,i am wondering if someone can tell Me how to look up fault codes? Does This new MaxiSys not have a built in library like other older scantools do to diagnose P codes, etc? Doesn't make sense to me that you'd have to go online to get the meaning, of every single diagnosis P codes, U codes, etc. Please help me understand, and help to point me in the right direction.

Yes, these programs do not have the license for vehicles, Let's make that the codes do not really deciphered, put Abbreviations not knowing where taken in different languages, and even written, refer to the P-, What are these devices?
